Welcome to PERPAA. By using our website, products, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. General Information

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using any PERPAA product, service, or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1.2 Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.

1.3 Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the site and/or app are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of company

Products offered as GWP (Gift with Purchase) are subjected to availability of exact variant

Company reserves all rights to withdraw any ongoing offer and/or promotion without prior notice

Terms and conditions of Freebies.

• Freebies, it’s products or shades are subject to availability.
• ⁠Freebies can be altered as per brands preference or inventory availability.
• ⁠Replacement & refund of Freebies are not allowed.
• ⁠There terms are valid for BYOB kits & vanity as well.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
2.2 Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse our products, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.

3. Payments- Mode of payment - Payments for the products available on Site and app may be made in the following ways:

- UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points.
- Online payments are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
- Cash On Delivery option is available for limited areas only.

All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by RBI and other regulatory authorities. PERPAA Cosmetics is not responsible for any breach of information, or inappropriate transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location. A Shipping fees amount is applicable on orders below 399/-

In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.

Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.

Always make an unboxing video. In case of damage or missing items, it helps us assist you quickly.

Cancellation of unusual orders

There may be certain orders that PERPAA cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. Some reasons may include errors in pricing, certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole, etc. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to ship your order.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement on our website. Go to "Orders" and select "Cancel". After 30 minutes, cancellations aren't possible as the order will be processed and invoiced.

Refunds for cancelation of unusual orders

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which PERPAA.COM receives returned goods. You can file the return/exchange only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. 

In case of cash on delivery orders , we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you or via UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Privacy Policy

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of PERPAA Cosmetics’ Website and App. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him. The Privacy Policy details can be viewed at our Privacy Policy Document.

- Complimentary gifts (GWP) will not be applicable with this offer. 

- Offer is applicable only on specific collection page.

- IMP: While products listed under our clearance section are perfectly safe for usage they maybe within 12 months of the expiry of the recommended shelf life. You are requested to factor in the same while planning your purchase. Thank you for shopping with us!
