1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within [7] days of receiving your order.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used makeup products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at wecare@perpaa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product – If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refund processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and unboxing video, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived, first check your bank account.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at wecare@perpaa.com for assistance.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
